At Tokova Restaurant our mission is to create a menu that stimulates all of the senses whilst also encouraging our guests to explore different flavours from the owner Cristina’s native Basque Country. Freeing itself of boundaries and convention allows Tokova Restaurant to concentrate on quality and innovation.
Due to working with the seasons, the menu is ever changing allowing Tokova Restaurant to use ingredients that are at their peak at any given time of the year.
Tokova’s philosophy is based on respect… respect for the product, both when choosing it and cooking it, respect for the local producer, environment and respect for the food itself – always cooked to the highest standard.
