Gift and Discount Code Terms
1. Print a copy of your gift or discount code either from the initial subscription welcome email, or newsletter.
2. Bring the printed copy of the code to the restaurant.
3. We will apply the gift or discount to your order!
A. General Terms and Conditions
1. The offer is available to Tokova mailing list subscribers who are at least 18 years old.
2. The discount can only be redeemed for food and drink at Tokova in the United Kingdom.
3. The General Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Specific Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions, the conditions of the Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
4. Only one discount code per mailing list subscriber user can be redeemed.
5. The discount code is only valid between the dates and times specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions. If no duration or expiration is specified, Tokova reserves the right to expire such discount codes at its sole discretion.
6. A minimum Purchase Price may be required to redeem the discount code (the “Purchase Price” is the price of the ticket, excluding service charges, delivery fees and taxes).
7. In the event, a discount is granted as a fixed amount (as opposed to a percentage discount), and the purchase amount is less than the discount, the unused discount value will be forfeited.
8. Provide a printed copy of the discount code on arrival at Tokova for the appropriate discount to be applied to the relevant amount.
9. The discount code may not be applicable to certain events (“Limited Events”). These Limited Events will be clearly indicated on the voucher or related advertisement (e.g. newsletter or website) and in the Specific Terms and Conditions. If no Limited Events are specified, the voucher is available for all events offered on tokovarestaurant.co.uk (the “Site“).
10. Tokova’s User Agreement, Privacy and Cookies Policy applies to all purchases where discount codes are used.
11. This discount code cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, offers, gift certificates or other promotions available on the Site.
12. Discount codes have no cash alternative and they are not transferable or assignable.
13. If you are eligible for a refund, neither the voucher nor its redeemable value will be refunded. You will receive the maximum amount you have actually paid as the purchase amount.
14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of England & Wales.
15. Tokova reserves the right to interrupt, modify or cancel this voucher action at any time if the circumstances make appropriate action by Tokova necessary. Tokova reserves the right to add additional specific terms and conditions for specific parts of this coupon promotion.
