HEAD CHEF

Jorge López did his bachelors degree in the Upper Centre of Hostelry in Galicia and his master’s degree in the Basque Culinary Centre. After working in kitchens like the Cantabria and Miramar, both with 2 Michelin stars he became head chef at Tokova.
